This policy explains how [Davbev Digital Ltd.] (“Davbev”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit this website, send us a project enquiry, apply for a job or subscribe to our newsletter. We collect as little as we can and we never sell your data.
1. Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us and what your browser shares when you visit:
- Contact form: your name, e-mail address, country, estimated budget and the details of your project.
- Job applications: your name, e-mail address, the links and documents you share and anything you tell us about yourself.
- Newsletter: your e-mail address.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, which our hosting provider logs to keep the site secure and fast.
2. How we use it
We use your enquiry to reply, prepare a proposal and run the project if we work together. We use applications only to assess them for the role you applied for. We use your e-mail address to send the newsletter you asked for, and every issue has an unsubscribe link. We do not use your information for automated decisions or profiling.
3. Services that help us
Some trusted providers process data on our behalf, under contracts that keep it confidential:
- Form handling: [your form provider, e.g. Formspree] receives the contact, application and newsletter forms.
- Newsletter: [your newsletter tool] stores subscriber addresses and sends the issues.
- Video: showreels play from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) or Vimeo only after you press play.
- Hosting: [your hosting provider] serves the website and keeps short-lived server logs.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months, and applications after [6] months unless you agree that we keep them for future roles. Project correspondence is kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and contracts, usually [7] years. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@davbev.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security
We protect your information with encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it and providers that meet recognised security standards. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or payment details through our forms.
